Technical Project Manager/ Product Owner

Product Owner for CDD/CTR:

* Software AML Business Analyst Requirement gathering and/or launch of new and existing AML product lines.

* Excellent understanding of AML operations and software usage in financial institutions.

* Excellent understanding of AML requirements in relation to Fraud, SAR filing, CTR filing, and case management.

* Defining & documenting user experience needs.

* Proven ability to create product documentation and user stories.

* Excellent written and verbal communications; able to present facts, data, procedures, thoughts and ideas in a clear, concise and convincing manner to all levels of the organization.

* Software product delivery (end-user training, sales demonstrations, etc .)

* Ability to work professionally and effectively as part of a self-organizing team (self-motivated).

* Understanding of the Project lifecycle

* Performing in cross-functional groups to accomplish product objectives.

o Attend stand ups, demos, sprint planning, retros with Laundry and Margaritas teams.

o Attend PS meetings and create PBIs when they recommend adding a feature to the product.

o Manage/ Create Backlog - Create PBIs/bugs in Azure (TFS).

o Represent Product Team in prioritizing backlog. (Lead weekly Product to Review sessions.)

o Work with UI for product design (ADA Compliance).

o Assist with Release Notes prep and User Guide and all Product documentation

o Collaborate on strategic roadmap.

* Monitor security findings, ensuring they are resolved, or an exemption has been filed before the SLA.

o Ensure they are prioritized and communicated to product team management

* Handle the Risk Assessment process for third-party vendors.

* Product Representative for SOC Audit:

o Control owner on specific items

o Provide documents requested

o Manage documents for audit on SharePoint, keeping them organized and saving status reports and other items provided during the audit

o Perform bi-weekly/quarterly reviews (i.e., security findings) required for SOC Audit purposes.

o Perform the quarterly CDD User review for SOC Audit. Including mgmt review, disable invalid users, tracking and logging RITMS and ensuring completed with needed logs tickets, screen shots and proofs.

* Handle CDD CRs: (What is a CR?)

o Attend approval meetings.

o Maintain a log of all CRs.

* Manage OFAC list changes and review with Product Team

* Open RITMS needed for changes including

o Client's CDD user access

o CDD updates, releases, and patches

* Customer notifications for CDD upgrades and releases outside the maintenance windows.

o Keep copy and log for SOC purposes Outlook, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project 365, Copilot, Basic SQL and relational DB understanding.
